MID (Módulo de Información de Defensorías), a case management system that has been used in more than a hundred cities, aims to help the Bolivian government protect the rights of children and adolescents that work and that are victims of violence (child work is legal in Bolivia). This system allows the Ministry of Justice to monitor child abuse cases in a personalized way, track the professional interventions to solve each case, and generate public policy based on real time data.
