Youth Empowerment: A system that connects young people with educational and employment opportunities, tracking progress and outcomes.

Public Health: A tool for community health centers to manage patient records, coordinate treatments, and track disease outbreaks.

Food Security: A nutrition monitoring platform to track food distribution, participation trends, and generate real-time impact reports.

This tool helps manage services, track data in real time, and measure impact—so you can focus on what matters most: amplifying your mission.
You’ll receive a fully customized software solution, co-designed with your team and built on Tutator’s Beneficiary Management Platform (BMP). Projects typically involve 5,000 to 20,000 hours of engineering work, valued between $75,000 and $1,000,000 USD.
No. Tutator Forward is not a cash grant. Instead, we provide a complete software development process at no cost, tailored to your organization’s needs.
No, we only provide the software solution. Grantees are responsible for having—or acquiring—the necessary hardware and infrastructure (such as computers, tablets, internet access, and servers) to implement and use the system effectively.
While there’s no financial transfer, the value of the in-kind grant is significant. Depending on the complexity of the project, each grantee receives between 5,000 and 20,000 hours of specialized software development work—which translates to an estimated value of $75,000 to $1,000,000 USD.
Most projects last 6 to 12 months, depending on complexity and your team’s availability. After deployment, you receive 6 months of second level support and maintenance from Tutator.

A website is not required, but your organization must have legal status to apply.
That’s okay—you can still apply. However, if selected, your organization will need someone to fulfill that role. Some past grantees have hired part-time or freelance IT admins.
All applicants will be notified by email about the outcome of their application.
However, due to the high number of submissions, we may not be able to provide personalized feedback to every organization.
